How our care reaches families

Mattam George Foundation runs two primary programmes — free medicine support for low-income families and senior care emergency protection — starting in Kerala. Here is the path from request to help.

Free Medicine Support

  1. Submit a request online or by phone with beneficiary details and prescription.
  2. A taluk coordinator verifies low-income eligibility, identity, and the prescription.
  3. Approved essential medicines are dispensed at no cost through partner pharmacies.
  4. For chronic needs, coordinators stay in touch for refills and follow-up.

Senior Care

  1. Register interest for the Ernakulam founding pilot.
  2. A home assessment confirms needs, risks, and the right service tier.
  3. Membership (cost-recovery fee) is completed offline after assessment.
  4. 24×7 monitoring and taluk coordinators respond when seniors need emergency help; families can receive updates.
